Academics
Academic upgrades including the continued roll out of the Project Lead the Way curriculum in the Upper School, the expansion of College Counseling programming enhanced support and guidance throughout the entire college admissions process, and additional academic support for students and faculty through specialists in the Center for Academic Excellence
Athletics
Athletic enhancements including a beach volleyball court and the continued expansion of programs to support our student-athletes in nutrition, psychology, and athletic training.
The Arts
The continued enhancement of the arts including dance classes in the Upper School supporting the work of our Musical Theatre Program and expanded Visual Arts offerings for field trips and film studies.

This year, the 2025–2026 Maclay Fund will:
- Invest in faculty excellence through professional development and enhanced compensation through the Faculty Salary & Supplementation Endowment
- Expand academic programming and student support across all divisions
- Upgrades to learning spaces and campus facilities, including the library, athletic and performing arts spaces, and classroom technology
- Enrich co-curricular offerings including athletic nutrition, sports psychology and training, and more opportunities in performing and visual arts for all students
- Improve everyday experiences with projects like new dining hall flooring and resurfaced tennis courts
