Academics
Academic upgrades including the continued roll out of the Project Lead the Way curriculum in the Upper School, the expansion of College Counseling programming enhanced support and guidance throughout the entire college admissions process, and additional academic support for students and faculty through specialists in the Center for Academic Excellence
Athletics
Athletic enhancements including a beach volleyball court and the continued expansion of programs to support our student-athletes in nutrition, psychology, and athletic training.
The Arts
The continued enhancement of the arts including dance classes in the Upper School supporting the work of our Musical Theatre Program and expanded Visual Arts offerings for field trips and film studies.

Increased financial aid to make the Maclay experience accessible to more students in our community

Support for our faculty including increased professional development opportunities for trainings, conferences, and benchmarking with other independent schools and the continued growth of the Faculty Salary Growth & Supplementation Endowment increasing faculty compensation

The 2024-2025 Maclay Fund will support:
- Ongoing professional development for our faculty and staff and the continued growth of the Faculty Salary Growth & Supplementation Endowment, increasing faculty compensation
- Expanding academic programming across all three divisions, including curriculum enrichment and increased academic support
- Improving our facilities with upgrades to our library, athletic facilities, performing arts spaces, and enhanced classroom technology
- Expanding co-curricular offerings, including athletic nutrition, sports psychology and training, and more opportunities in performing and visual arts for all students.
