The link to order PE uniforms will be live until August 11th.  Visit www.maclay.org/PEUniform to place your order. If your child is taking Dance instead of PE, you do not need to order. You will find out the needed attire once school begins.

Families will pick up their parking permit from their Homeroom teacher at their Connection Day appointment.  

Upper School students who drive must complete the student driver form in the Veracross Family Portal. When that is complete, they will pick up their pass from Mrs. Dickens in the Upper School Office. Please click here for detailed instructions on how to register in Veracross.

When you have your Connections Meeting, the teacher will give you the locker assignment, and you are welcome to do that anytime.  6^th graders will receive their lockers at Orientation on Friday, August 7^th.  For Locker Assembly instructions, click here.

Freshmen will have the opportunity to sign up for a locker during Freshman Orientation. Students who choose not to sign up at that time may request a locker at any point during the school year by seeing their Homeroom teacher. Returning students who would like a locker should contact their Homeroom teacher. With the construction of the new spaces in two of the Upper School pods, several sets of lockers are now located at Webster Center which is recommended for student-athlete storage.

The MCA Uniform Resale Store is open in its new location in the Webster Gym. The entrance is on the side facing the Upper School. Hours of operation ar 7:45am-3:45pm M-F.

You can have any official crest added to a dress code shirt.  Guidelines can be found at www.maclay.org/uniforms. 

Local retailers such as Loli and the Bean, and Rosemary Gray, info@luckygirlembroidery.com, offer Maclay crest embroidery on approved items.  It is suggested to drop items off early, as these vendors serve multiple schools.

You will complete all required back- to-school clinic forms in Magnus Health (please note, these forms are required for every returning and new student prior to the first day of school). You may access Magnus Health through your Veracross parent portal - your login information for Veracross and Magnus Health is the same. Magnus Health will send automated emails to remind you of incomplete items on your to-do list; to access those forms, you may click on the emailed link and use your Veracross parent portal login to access and complete these forms. Or you can access the forms by logging into your Veracross parent portal, click on Magnus Health (on the right-hand side), and this will bring you to the to-do list with the required forms. 

Yes, the back-to-school forms are live on the Veracross Family Portal.  These include the contact update form, universal field trip for in-state form, and a few others, which must be completed before the start of school.

There will be tables of information for Kids Club, MS/US Clubs, The Arts, Athletics, Technology, tours, and more! TruBru will also be open with all the newest merchandise.  The BTS Fair is on Friday, August 7^th and Monday, August 10^th from 9am-2:30pm in Langford Hall.
