The Faculty Endowment Fund

Established in 2022, the Faculty Salary Growth & Supplementation Endowment was created to transform the way Maclay compensates its teachers, with the long-term goal of paying faculty 200% of the Florida state average. This endowment reflects our deep commitment to recruiting and retaining the exceptional educators who shape the future of every Maclay graduate.

Gifts to the endowment can be pledged for a period of up to five years, made outright, or in the form of a planned gift.
