Maclay Summer Programs

Thank you for choosing Maclay Camps this summer! At Maclay, we know that every summer has a story and our mission is to create happy memories that last a lifetime!

Please complete the following pages to submit your registration to the 2026 Maclay Summer Camps season. Register for the entire summer or come back to add sessions on a weekly basis! Families are encouraged to register in advance as space is limited and spots fill quickly!

Important Registration Timelines and Reminders

Registration: All camp registrations will close at noon on the Monday one week before the scheduled camp begins. Registrations or changes made after Monday 12pm one week prior are considered a "late registration" and will be assessed a $30.00 administrative fee. 

 
Late Registration Example: Camp registration for Session 1 camps (Monday, June 1st through Friday, June 5th) will close on Monday, May 25th at noon. Registration or changes after 12pm on Monday, May 25th will incur a $30 administration fee. Please refer to our summer camp brochure for a full outline of our summer camp session dates and registration reminders.
 

Camp Cancellations: If you must cancel a camp registration for any reason and do so by the Monday a week prior at 12pm, you will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee per camp and per child.  If you cancel after the Monday a week prior at 12pm, you will be charge 50% of the camp price. For this reason, Please make sure that you are not double-booking camp sessions as the cancellation policy will apply to weeks with conflicting bookings.  All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to summercamps@maclay.org.

PreK

(Rising PK3 & PK4) 

Play, paint, pretend, repeat. PreK camp is a wonderful way for our youngest Marauders to explore, make friends, and ease into the Maclay community before the school year begins.

Kindergarten

(Rising K)

A wonderful way to transition into life in the big school. Kindergarten camp days are filled with stories, songs, movement, art, and indoor and outdoor play, with a new theme each week.

Grades 1 - 3

(Rising 1st through 3rd)

The perfect mix of big imaginations and big energy. Campers explore, create, play, and discover new skills every day across a wide range of specialty options.

(Rising 4th through 6th)

Bigger challenges, bigger adventures. Campers take on new skills, try out specialties, and grow in confidence every week.

Designed for curiosity and independence, these camps spark leadership, teamwork, and skill-building in a whole lot of fun.
