Maclay School is excited to announce a partnership with Independent School Management, a 45-year-old industry leader in research and best practices for Independent Schools globally, to begin a six-month evaluation and analysis to create an enhanced daily schedule for the 2024-25 school year. The initiative aims to craft a One School schedule that positively influences student learning, well-being, and engagement, as well as a sense of community and mission delivery.

Maclay School announces the recipients of the 2023 Head of School Scholarship, awarding full tuition and expenses to two rising 9th graders. The newest award recipients are Avery Campbell and Keya Patel.
Maclay School announces Mr. Murray Moore as the commencement speaker for the ceremony on May 19, 2023. This will be Maclay School’s 52nd senior class, graduating 95 seniors.
A native of Tallahassee, Moore was a charter member of Maclay School’s Class of 1983. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and then returned home to attend Florida State University College of Law with honors where completed his Juris Doctor.
