Please fill out this form by Tuesday, October 15, 2024.  The parade order will be finalized & sent out by Thursday, October 17th.

• Parade participants should begin lining up, in order, at 12:30pm.
• Each group is responsible for creating and carrying their own banner.
• If riding in a truck or convertible, participants are asked to arrange their own vehicle. 
• Clubs/Groups should wear uniform tops or club shirts

Tickets can be purchased online for $30 per person until 3:00 PM on Friday, October 18th. 
Tickets purchased at the dance are $40 per person.

Any non-Maclay students attending the dance as a guest of a Maclay student will need to fill out the Maclay Dance Guest Registration Form (please open as a separate window to print/fill out). Homecoming Dance Guest Registration forms should be submitted to Maclay's Upper School Dean of Students, Heather Bas (hbas@maclay.org) no later than Tuesday, October 15th.
