Strength Training

The goal of my strength and conditioning program is to help each student athlete be the best competitor that he or she can be in their respective sport while also instilling the importance of teamwork. My program is designed to develop a multiple sport athlete that will focus on sports specific movements. When we all work hard, we have already won. 

Sports Training

The Maclay athletic training program is dedicated to provide the highest quality health care for all Marauders athletes. The Athletic Trainer provides preventative care injury, evaluations, immediate injury care and rehabilitative services for all injuries. All athletes should report any injury to the Athletic Trainer as soon as possible. In the event an athlete cannot participate in practices due to injury, they will be expected to report to the athletic training room for rehab.
