Step into the Spotlight.

From our youngest Marauders in Pre-School through Upper School seniors taking the stage in full-scale productions, every student has a place in our theatre program.

Theatre at Maclay is about more than performance. It is about discovering who you are, learning to communicate with confidence, and building the empathy and perspective that come from telling other people's stories. From our youngest Marauders in Pre-School through Upper School seniors taking the stage in full-scale productions, every student has a place in our theatre program.

Art Comes Alive!

Maclay's musical theatre program brings together talented students from across divisions to create powerful, professional-quality productions that captivate audiences and build lasting confidence.

Lower School

Our Lower School theatre program gives students a dynamic and fun introduction to the world of performance. Pre-K through 1st grade students explore creative arts weekly, while students in 2nd through 5th grade take dedicated Drama classes. Every student in grades 3 through 5 performs in a full-scale Musical Theatre production at the end of each year.
