Currently Available Admission Events. To sign up, click the "Read More" link on the calendar to the right:

The Maclay Experience Virtual Meeting: Meet with the Division Leaders and Parent Ambassadors to get a broad overview of the curriculum, programs, support and opportunities in the Lower, Middle, or Upper School.  This is a great way to learn more about the Maclay education journey and how we prepare students for success in life.  See our Upcoming Events Calendar for dates and click to Read More to register.

Virtual Campus Insider:  Wondering what Maclay's adaptable, uninterrupted and quality education looks like during these uncertain times? Prospective parents are invited to join Head of School James Milford and Assistant Head of School Charles Beamer for an inside perspective. This is a great way to learn about the programs and curriculum initiatives happening at Maclay from PreK3-12.

1:1 with a Member of our Admission Team:  We happy to schedule a one-on-one meeting with a member of the Admission Office so that you can learn more about Maclay School and the educational experience we offer.  We are offering personalized sessions that are division (grade) specific which will also include broad admissions information hosted by a member of the Admissions team.  Weekly appointments available by email

Shadow for Middle School and Upper School: We will be offering a limited opportunities for prospective students to spend a half-day on campus as a shadow to one of our student ambassadors and get the classroom experience.  These appointments can be made by contacting Garrett Robinson in the Admission Office.

Personal Virtual Tour: A member of our Admission Team or a Student Ambassador are available to take you on a virtual tour of campus.  We won't cover the entire 100 acres, but you will see the high points, like the classrooms, library, green spaces, outdoor classrooms, and the new Beck Family Innovation Center. These events are scheduled at your convenience.

Personal On-Campus Tour: Though our on campus visitors are limited, we are able to offer in person campus tours during specific times each week.

Virtual Chat with a Student Ambassador: Prospective students have the opportunity to chat virtually with Maclay Student Ambassadors who are on campus. This will give our guests the same student-to-student perspective you would have during an on-campus shadow visit. What is your favorite subject? What is a block schedule? What is CVC (concurrent virtual classroom)?  Find out directly from one of our students.  Email to arrange the chat.

Zoom Room Chats: How do I balance academics, sports, and extracurricular activities? What is Maclay CVC learning like? What advice would you give to a middle schooler? How hard is Upper School?  Students are invited to join us for an all-girls or all-boys Zoom call with students!
