• The FACTS tuition management System is where you will creaet a tuition payment agreement, pay your deposit and schedule payments for the balance of tuition.

    Step 1:

    Log in to https://online.factsmgt.com

    If you forgot your username or password, click the forgot link and enter your email address and it will send you a link to reset.

    Step 2:  Set up A Payment Plan

    For a new tuition agreement, you need to click the link: Set up a Payment Plan.  If you have an existing agreement from a current school year, do not click Make a Payment button as this will apply a payment toward an existing agreement not setup the new agreement.

    Step 3: Select the appropriate school year for this agreement.

    Click Begin to create this tuition agreement:

    Verify your contact information.

    *NOTE, any changes here are for the FACTS system ONLY, it will not change you contact information with Maclay School.  To update your info with the school, login to the Parent Portal ( www.maclay.org/grades ), Ecollect Forms, Parent Contact Info.

    It is highly recommended to check the box to receive payment reminders.

    Step 4: Review tuition amount, then pay deposit and select payment plan details

    Agree to pay deposit today and select payment plan schedule:

    Step 5: Enter Payment infomation

    *Note there is no processing fee for checking or saving accounts.

     

    Complete the agreement and you will recieve an email confirmation.
