The Boys Champions Series evolved after the Girls Leadership & Success Series as we recognize the need to expose our young men in Upper School to mentors and leaders in our community who share words of wisdom and help prepare them for adulthood. Champions' special assemblies focus on character building topics such as honesty, integrity, responsibility, duty, loyalty, honor, self-respect, courage, sacrifice, and character. On February 6, the series will continue with speaker Ronald R. Miller, Jr. Mr. Miller is a Tallahassee native who attended Florida State University where he obtained both Bachelor and Master degrees while playing for the FSU Men’s Basketball team. He worked with Florida State University as a Graduate Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach, Director of Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning, and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as with Florida A&M University as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He was later the Associate Director of Premier Health and Fitness Center for a few years. He is now a certified Level I and II Life Coach. Mr. Miller will be speaking to Upper School Boys on Tuesday February 6th in the Webster Center beginning at 9:30am.
