    Maclay School is a coeducational, independent, PreK-12 school with a mission to educate the mind, nurture the spirit, and foster the development of the whole child.  Maclay seeks to hire teachers and staff of all ethnicities, races, backgrounds, and cultures who share our commitment to a child-centered and differentiated approach to student learning and achievement. 

     
    We are continuously accepting applications of employment of well-qualified teachers year round. To express interest in working at Maclay, we ask that you fill out the application online form so that we may keep your resume on file. When submitting an application, candidates should identify any coaching or playing experience in interscholastic sports or athletics. 
     
    For full-time positions, applicants are reviewed by the Division Head or Administrator in charge of that position. After an initial review, a Hiring Team and Hiring Team Leader are put in place to review a selected number of applicants. Applicants may be asked to send back written exercises, conduct a Skype interview, or brought on campus to interview in person, teach a class, coach a practice, or meet with the committee. The Hiring Team will make its recommendation of a candidate to the Head of School. Applicant will have to successfully pass a Federal and FDLE background check.
